The customer support is quick and reliable. They have 4 or 5 price plans so everybody should be satified ;). What can I say, its a german made service so it works like the best BMW in his sector ;). The best situation is when a client as a dedicated operations/HR person that works like clockwork, but those are hard to come by and expensive. I have mixed feelings about clients that use automated invoice processing systems. On one hand the software makes them better at paying invoices on time. Then again, some invoice processing systems are more flexible than others. I ocasionally have to custom tailor my invoice to adjust to their system. It's a little frustrating because it throws off the standardization of my templates. Then again, it's usually not too big of a problem.
