An excellent list. I’d also like to recommend Bill On Site – we just launched this week!

Bill On Site is a full-featured web-based invoicing system, with a unique twist: you can use Bill On Site on your mobile phone, enabling small business owners to send invoices to their customers while still on their client’s site. Overall a good compilation, but apart from 5 of them the others are not something that “I can live without”.

How about http://www.basecamp.com for managing your project, and http://www.docsnaps.com that actually saves you from data entry

I would suggest HyperOffice's HyperBase online database management system, because like wufoo, it lets you build web forms, but also has online database features such as easy to create database applications, shared databases etc.
