Very helpful article for freelancers who have doubts whether to have a blog or not. My personal success as a freelancer started with my website and blog. But it was done without my awareness. It took me sometime for me even to realize this. It just happened. Thanks for the great article.

Your writing has been really helpful to me. I have to say that being audacious was some of the best advice I’ve ever been given.

I’m transitioning from being a freelance designer to a freelance writer. I used my tutorial blog Aiburn.com as leverage to land a 6 part series with a popular blog and to land a part time writing gig with PSDTUTS.com, which is part of the Eden Creative Community.

I’m looking to do the same kind of leverage with my blog that gives blogging advice blogelephant.com.

I want to thank you for all your help. And its good to see you on Freelance Folder.

The ideas in this article have been working for me. I’m about half way there to transiting to writing full-time.

I haven’t gotten too many direct inquiries to me that were job prospects, but its worked wonders to show writing examples in the fields I’m targeting. Thanks.

This blog fits my needs perfectly. I started a blog at the beginning of this year focused squarely on freelance writing for the education market, http://educationwriting.blogspot.com. My goal was to learn and share, but also to make contacts and to eventually establish myself as an expert, thus landing me more jobs. It has taken off much faster than I ever expected. I thought I might be fitting a need, but I just didn’t realize…

The hire me tip is exactly what I need. The rest of the post verifies what I’ve been thinking all along. Thanks so much. I really needed to hear it.

I use Blogger and haven’t figured out if it will take other pages, like hire me. Like I said, it’s all moving so fast that I’m doing my homework as I go.
