		<description>First things first, In the morning get your important work completled in priority, naked if need be, I call this my first phase around three hours or more. Next I relax for an hour take a shower or a hot relaxing bath, it&#039;s like I just got up ready for the day, and I have already accomplished quite a bit. As we all know, if your a busy trooper like me, your work is never done. Now the next phase is a lunch break, now I could lie and tell you I relax by the pool and have massage, but far from the truth. I eat and take a 15 minute break and work for another couple of hours, by then I have taken phone calls, Skype to my partners all over the world, and written many emails to my customers, thank god without any complaints. Then when the rush is over around 5,Pm, is cools down until the same routine happens all over again. The trick is to go out, take the girlfriend or wife, out of the fringing house or office, and go to the park, or go to a nice relaxing restaurant enjoy what you love to eat,, have a great glass of wine and chit-chat with new people, its fun and you can enjoy other professionals company. 		<description>@Mason - I just seen your comment in regards to mine. I&#039;ve been an insomniac since about 13 so I&#039;ve grown to live with it and function normally; its not something new for me. There are a few times here and there where I get a good night sleep and that feels so good - like it lasts me a week sometimes.

I&#039;ve been trying to get off the computer earlier though to help my mind wind down, but now, with my blackberry next to me at all times, I don&#039;t know if it&#039;ll ever stop :) Information overload maybe?

I have made a concious effort though to get back in shape and start working out daily again, along with my 30 lb. dumbbell breaks during work.</description>
