Great Article
The points you have given are beneficial. Most of the points we have to follow to become successful in any field. It is not only for Olympic. Like every body should follow his dreams, work hard, understand competitions. We have to make sacrifices of our time. “Practice makes the man perfect”, this quote is absolutely right.

This sounds like a great concept! I know it’s about using the qualities of an Olympic athlete as it applies to freelancing but having an event dubbed the Freelance Olympics would be pretty awesome. Competitions can include:

1. How to deal with an irate client
2. How fast can you turn around a website
3. Who’s viral video gets the most views in a 24 hour period

Anyone game??

This was a pretty cool way to write a blog post by using a most current event and somehow transposing things to make it “relatable” to the subject at hand, in this case, freelance business.

I was reading an article Michael Martine wrote (Remarkablogger) not too long about as well as otherers about looking to current events, movies, books, cartoon characters, words in a song, etc. to “jazz” up your blog post to make it more interesting. I’ve seen interesting titles like “How Dr. Spock Would Handle (such and such)”
