Focus on the Freelance Folder Forums

Posted November 25, 2010 in Forum Talk

Today is a holiday in the United States, which means that a lot of our Freelance Folder staff won’t be working today. If you’re in the U.S., we wish you a Happy Thanksgiving.

However, Freelance Folder is still open for business. In particular, our popular Freelance Folder forums provide a great opportunity for freelancers to network and help each other. The forums are moderated by veteran freelancer, Behzad Jamshidi, who is the creative director and owner at DesignFacet.

If you’ve never explored the forum, here’s a quick guide:

  • General Forums. The general forums provide a great place for freelancers to learn from each other. Posts in this area are categorized into general freelancing, tools of the trade, and finance and legal. Come and share your knowledge and learn from others.
  • Marketplace. The marketplace section of the forum provides a separate place for those freelancers who wish to promote their services and other place for those who wish to hire a freelancer.
  • The Client Machine. This area of the forum is dedicated to questions about our incredible premium WordPress theme for freelancers, The Client Machine.

So, whether you’re looking for freelancing advice, have work to promote or are looking for work, or want more information on The Client Machine–there’s something for you in the forums.
