This year, I've finally started to learn that I'm more productive when I take off time. I still work long hours, but it's not the ridiculous all-nighters I used to pull for days at a time (in addition to working during the day). Finding balance is the hardest, because you always have to choose between personal time, family time, project work and client needs.
