I had a whole week where I solely did favours for people. They were all silly little jobs that took less than 1 hour but it came as a shock that I had not done any productive work at all. Now I say no to Friends and Family. I say no to rushed or last minute pressure jobs as typically these clients have not thought things out at all and don't even have any idea of what they need! I also say no when I'm busy, I know how much I need to earn to live and as long as I stay in the black I am happy! Saying no is important. I had a whole week where I solely did favours for people.
