The anti-task list is a good one ... a tip:  take an index card and write down hard-to-beat anti-tasks as well as what you will do to snap out of it.  Keep &#039;em in a pile when you&#039;re at your desk.  When you wander, go to the card, follow the directions to get back on track.  Quick and easy way to install a habit.
