Well what goes around comes around and our lives are better for having done so . I do try to encourage by saying "well done" or "I like your work" , it's good to get such a response from a someone you know or have never met before . However I do feel uncomfortable if I cannot reciprocate because I don't genuinely mean it. This has happened a few times and I feel terrible everytime .
