The hardest thing is to actually make a decision on what to include as it can become quite messy fast. :-)

I am just getting started freelancing but understand the value of having a fully outline process for clients.

It’s also important to have the process clearly outlined so it can be easily outsourced/delegated.
James Brausch is really good at that creating those systems.
Chad Tabary also discussed it in http://freelancefolder.com/entrepreneurs-get-over-it-let-go-and-prosper/, It seems more difficult for freelancers because the ones I know enjoy their work and don’t always think of it as a business enterprise.

I have found that my process is useful both to completing my work efficiently and in helping my clients understand what I offer and how I get it done. I’ve been working with a specific process since I first started freelancing, fine tuning it over time and it’s been a huge benefit for my business.
